Up for auction elusively online at our Prevost Coach Marketplace is this 1994 Prevost Marathon XL40 Motorhome.

This coach is being offered for sale by owner in Squamish, British Columbia, Canada about an hour north of Vancouver. More details about the auction specifics below.

History on the Coach
The current owner purchased in 2024. The prior owner owned for about 8 years and previously purchased from an estate sale around 2018. Ownership history prior to this is unknown however there are multiple records of maintenance dating back to 2007 (see receipts in photo gallery).

Key Features
-The odometer is sitting at 49578.4 which is approximately 30,806.5 miles
-160 gallon fuel tank
-Freedom SW inverter Charger Xantrex 50 amp Samlex control producing 80 amps 220 volts that runs every fixture in the coach
-Interior has full refrigerator freezer by Jenn Air
Convection oven/ Microwave
-Two burner electric stove.
-Dishwasher
-Washer dryer combo (removed - see below)
-Full shower
-Queen size bed
-Two televisions with Tracvision Sat tracking system in motion.
-Holding tanks fresh 160 gallon,70 Black water, 100 Grey water tank.
-AC System 14000 Btu and heating system
-Original Marathon glassware all intact

-Engine Oil in May 2025 (only 2 short trips since then)
-Full Gen Set Maintenance May 2025 (only a few hours on generator)
-All 4 Coach batteries replaced in 2025
-All 8 House batteries replaced in 2025
-Tub of receipts showing prior ownership maintenance going back to 2007

List of Upgrades / Renovation
-Second Lounge Coach removed and Faux Fireplace added as seen in pictures. This has since been removed and its open space as seen in other pictures in gallery.

List of Potential Issues or Required Maintenance
-All tires will need to be replaced for extended travel
-Airbags in the rear show cracking (tag axles)
-Cruise air is not blowing cold air will need to be serviced
-Fiberglass cracking on exterior rear of the bus
-1 bay door has a bad piston / 3 other bays piston is failing

Important Items of Note
-Combo Washer/Dryer removed. The space was used for storage. Will be included with sale and stored in the cargo bay.
-Car dolly also included with the sale (see pictures)

The owner is selling this coach as he is moving out of the country.

Upon the successful completion of the auction we will connect the buyer and seller and help facilitate the purchase of the coach. In person inspection will be available to the highest bidder upon completion of the auction. The winner of the auction is responsible for all costs associated with traveling to and transporting the coach post auction

This auction will be in USD but any Canadian bidders can pay in CAD after successful completion of the auction. The owner will accept either currency for payment.
